CEiMB - Mushroom, Onion and Basil Pizza


This post is going to be fast. Craving Ellie in My Belly is such a great group of people and I have been enjoying cooking along with the group immensely. This pizza is no exception! I made my own pizza crust and used fresh tomatoes instead of sun dried. So GOOD!

My MISHAP was baking the pizza a little too long. The crust, infortunately, became REALLY brown on the outside. The rest of the pizza was perfect.

That looks really good, Shandy. I love mushrooms (I think I already told you that, haha). Add fresh tomatoes and fresh basil, and you have something pretty close to perfection.

Doesn't look too brown from here...it looks wonderful...all the oozing goodness...just what a pizza should be! Very nice.

Well that pizza looks delicious! Sometimes the outer crust burns, sometimes it doesn't. I use that as an indicator as to whether I need the extra bread carbs or not. ;)

Looks fantastic! I overcooked mine a bit as well... the crust didn't get overdone, but the cheese was maybe a touch too brown :) Oh well. Still delicious!
